By using OnlineMedic, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to abide by these Terms and
comply with all applicable laws in Kenya, including but not limited to those outlined in the Constitution of Kenya (2010).

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the
Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All content, software, trademarks, and data on OnlineMedic are the exclusive property of OnlineMedic and are protected under Article
40(5) of the Constitution of Kenya (2010). Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of our proprietary materials is prohibited.
- Limited License: We grant you a non-transferable, revocable license to use our Service for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any OnlineMedic software or content.
- Competitive Protection: You agree not to use our platform for anti-competitive behavior, including unauthorized reproduction of proprietary
materials.
4. User Responsibilities
- Use the platform lawfully, without violating Article 27 (Equality & Freedom from Discrimination) of the Constitution of Kenya (2010).
- Not engage in activities that infringe on intellectual property rights or disrupt OnlineMedic’s services.
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and report any unauthorized access immediately.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
- We respect your Right to Privacy (Article 31) and will protect your personal data in accordance with Kenyan laws.
- We collect, store, and process your data securely and do not share it without consent, except as required by law.

6. Consumer Rights & Fair Use
- As per Article 46 (Consumer Rights), you are entitled to receive services of reasonable quality.
- If you believe any aspect of our service is unfair or misleading, you may file a complaint through our official contact channels.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Unauthorized Use: You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any aspect of our Service without written permission.
- Misinformation & Misuse: You may not use OnlineMedic to spread false medical information or violate Freedom of Expression (Article 33).
- Security Violations: Any attempt to bypass security measures, hack, or interfere with the platform will result in immediate termination and
potential legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
- OnlineMedic provides services "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, specifically Article 48 (Access to Justice).
- Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to court proceedings in Kenyan courts.
10. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to OnlineMedic at any time if you violate these Terms.
